MUMS CLASS
Join our Mums Class designed specifically for mothers looking to incorporate fitness into their busy schedules. Returning to the gym after giving birth can be an empowering step for new mums. So here at Fit Centre we are offering you a safe space where you can FINALLY train near your babies. The sessions focus on building strength and fitness while providing a supportive environment for participants.
Class Features:
Tailored workouts that accommodate various fitness levels
Exercises targeting core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness
Social interaction with other mothers for motivation and support
Babies welcome
What to Expect:
Each class lasts approximately 45-55 minutes pending on fitness levels as these sessions are done at your own pace
Focus on safe, effective exercises that consider the changes in a mother’s body
Schedule:
Classes are held twice a week on Tuesday 9am & Thursday 9am

Sign up is required in advance to secure your spot, as spaces are limited.
